A space designed to extend the experience beyond the table.
Dining, relaxation and wellness integrated into one continuous flow.

Ember & Water is a hospitality design project developed from a clear business strategy: to transform a single cabin and an underused 2,500 sqm plot into a layered, high-value guest experience.

The existing cabin, positioned towards the lower part of the site, defined the starting point. The first phase focused on extending the terrace and redefining access from the street, creating a strong arrival sequence and a functional outdoor platform. This new deck integrates a heated pool, lounge areas and a flexible setting designed to support both daily use and private events.

The project introduces a complete outdoor hospitality framework: a bar with an outdoor kitchen, a dedicated DJ area and an open-air cinema, allowing the space to adapt to multiple scenarios — from intimate gatherings to private celebrations and corporate events. Each configuration is designed to extend the duration of stay and increase the overall value of the experience.

Behind the cabin, a more private zone accommodates the jacuzzi, while the garden becomes a slower, more introspective layer — with hammocks, a bonfire area and a private sauna dedicated to the cabin guests.

The second phase expands the project into a full retreat concept. The upper part of the site is planned to include four premium tiny houses, each with its own sauna and jacuzzi, connected through a landscaped promenade that continues the same rhythm of relaxation, privacy and controlled social interaction.

The aesthetic follows the strategy. Every element is designed to support flow, atmosphere and the balance between social and private experiences — shaping a space that performs as both destination and business.
